1C LEADERSHIP The Succession of a Team Begins with Freshmen—Sam Brock (Gym) Making succession a permanent part of your camp culture—succession won’t work if you only do it when you need to do it. An “aha moment” for me was when I realized that succession was part of our ministry all the time.

4A LEADERSHIP Teens Entering Active Ministry—Scott Sivnksty (Classroom) TEAM, Teens Entering Active Ministry, is Camp Chetek’s Leadership training program for senior high teens. The philosophy of teaching teens to serve. Our three-week program has been a great feeder for Summer Staff in the years to follow. Teens work with maintenance, hospitality, and dining hall.
