There’s GOLD in them thar hills! File your claim to Family Camp 2023. Family camp is a great chance for your family to have some vacation time in a fun atmosphere with lots of other families to enjoy activities and worship alongside. Family Camp has activities for every member of your family. Child care is provided for the evening services and each family is assigned a helper to assist with child care throughout the week.

CAMP Price:

Adult Camper (ages 13 & up): $255.00

Ages 7-12: $245.00

Ages 2-6: $220.00

Up to age 2 Camper Fee: No Charge



Discounts:

Early Bird: $10.00 discount per person if registration form and $100 deposit per family is postmarked by March 1st.

Full Payment: $20.00 discount per person if registration form and total camper fees are postmarked by March 1st.

Large Family: The maximum fee per family is $1200 regardless of family size (excluding any additional fees for housing).

Camper Information

ARRIVAL: Registration is 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday. Reservations are not guaranteed after that time.

All clothing should be loose fitting. Skirts and shorts must come to the top of the knee. Shirts should cover the shoulders and midriff and have conservative necklines. All t-shirts should be in good taste and free of inappropriate graphics. Camp Chetek reserves the right to ask any camper to change attire deemed inappropriate. Please refrain from wearing leggings.

The reservation fee is nonrefundable; however, it is transferable as a reservation fee for another camper in the same week. In the event a camper leaves camp due to an emergency or illness, a prorated refund may be given. No refunds will be given for late arrival, early dismissal or expulsion.

A camp nurse will be on duty at all times.

Lost items not requested within 7 days will be disposed of. All requested items will be shipped COD.

Bible, bedding, towels and toiletries, sports clothes for activities, tennis shoes, one-piece swimsuit, jacket, flashlight, notebook, pen and spending money for the camp stores.

Food (State Law prohibits food in our cabins), alcohol, cigarettes, vapes or e-cigs, drugs, non-prescription medications, pets, fireworks and weapons of any kind.

Camp Chetek Special Diet Policy for Campers and Sponsors

How We Provide

  • Camp Chetek will endeavor to faithfully provide for all, balancing the needs of the many with the needs of the few.
  • Camp Chetek strives to provide high quality meals that are healthy, appetizing and with sizeable portions.
  • Camp Chetek’s goal is to provide a quality menu selection for the groups being served. There will be variations in food types, choices offered and a number of options based on the majority being served.
  • There is freezer, cooler, and dry storage space available for any personal items brought to supplement the Camp Chetek menu to meet special dietary needs. Please, clearly label your food and storage container(s) with first and last names.

What We Provide

  • Camp Chetek is unable to provide for medically required dietary issues. (For Example, our kitchen is not a gluten free environment. We use a wide variety of ingredients while preparing camp meals)
  • Camp Chetek will work to provide accommodations for special diet needs if a camper or person was uninformed of our menu before arrival, throughout that retreat.
  • The first choice to meet special diet requests will be from other options served at the current meal, salad bar or, entrée selection.
  • Please keep in mind that Camp Chetek does not routinely provide food for special dietary needs.
